Set on two acres in historic downtown Huntersville, the Ranson House is shaded by huge oak trees.
Built in 1913 it was originally the cornerstone of a 3200 acre dairy farm. The house has recently been restored to its original grandeur.

Enjoy the parlor with its formal fireplace and glass front bookcase, the light and airy Tea Room with delicate lace curtains, the Library, a warm and welcoming room, and the beautiful Dining Room, where almost a century of meals were served. But the most inviting space for you and your guest will no doubt be the spectacular front porch with rocking chairs and a view of the grand old willow oaks.
